VIDEO ORDER FORM

This is the order form for MISI GNC videos featuring audio commentary from Jazz or the GNC judge.

If you want to order the standard edited videos without commentary please visit the separate page here.

Please fill in all of the information on the form and only order videos for a dancer you are associated with.

Commentary videos are only available for solo dance sections.

When selecting the payment option, please match it with the number of dances ordered, so for example if you have ordered three dances you need to select the payment option for three videos.

Please note, this is a separate order from the main GNC order page and unfortunately

we are not able to apply multi-buy discounts to commentary videos.

A confirmation email with download information will be sent after the competition has ended.
